How long is the appointment?
About 20 minutes in your home. Andrew will inspect your windows or doors and discuss your project. The time between appointments is reserved for driving, not a longer sales presentation.
What times can I book?
Weekdays at 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM or 5 PM Eastern, subject to Andrew’s calendar. Book up to 30 days ahead with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Will the booking conflict with another appointment?
The booking page checks Andrew’s connected Google calendar and existing bookings, then rechecks the time when you confirm. Busy times are not offered.
Does booking commit me to buying?
No. You are booking an inspection, not an installation or purchase. We’ll discuss your project and next steps with you.
Do I have to receive text messages?
No. Informational texts and marketing texts each have their own optional, unchecked checkbox. You can book with both unchecked. Your calendar invitation is sent by email.
How do I change or cancel?

Do you offer Pella products?

Bring a comparable written quote and we’ll discuss our advertised 10% price-beat offer.
What about installation and warranty?
Your selected products, scope, installation and applicable warranty will be documented in your project agreement. Ask Andrew to walk you through the details.
